• Deposit is Non-Refundable or Non-Transferable, cancellation is not allowed.

• Once the item is released from the manufacturer, please allow at least 4 to 6 weeks for stock to reach Malaysia.

• Balance payment must be made within 2 weeks (14 days) after receiving notification, the order will be cancelled if no response message or payment from the buyer, the deposit will be forfeited.

• Goods sold are not returnable. We do provide defect parts replacement service for most 3rd party Transformers brands.

​

• TF Upgrader Collectibles cannot 100% guarantee that no damage or dent is done during shipping and will not be responsible for forward and return shipping cost if any items is returned due to damaged boxes.
